LISTEN UP! I've held this POS for over seven years. I've witnessed multiple dilutions and a 1/4 reverse split. Several MAJOR PHARMACEUTICAL companies stuck their neck out and signed collaborative agreements with INO during that time. They ALL backed out half way through the studies. My hopes were dashed over and over again. Big names like Gates. So don't assume because Gates dropped a few peanuts in their lap it means diddly squat.
