HERE IS A LETTER FROM KEN:

Dear Matt,

It appears to me that the IHUB board is again turning into a board for bashers. I am not going to waste time looking at it anymore from time to time. I appreciate your enthusiasm, but I simply cannot answer any more questions from shareholders who go onto the boards and twist my words, and this is not against you because I know you have not done it, but people like Andreas have. We are trying to build a multi million dollar company here. I think we have a gold mine in Never Submit and that SIIR is going to make a lot of money. Our other film projects are in full gear and of course we are selling units of restricted stock and equity in the films to finance them. How else would we do it? That has always been our financing plan. We are building shareholder value, not bringing it down and nothing we have done is making the market act the way it acted this past week. James and I have always been open and honest and transparent with shareholders, not because we think the IHUB or other boards have any influence on the market (they don't and that would not be a proper reason) but because we wanted to establish a good relationship with our shareholders and keep them informed. If nobody wants to enjoy the benefit of what we are building I wish they would sell their shares. We don't need any rotten apples in our barrel. This is not a crap little pink sheet company like so many of those other crap companies on the pink sheets. We are making quality films that can compete with studio films. We are doing the IMPOSSIBLE! Plans change, you know, and have to adapt to current opportunities. Nobody but us realizes the value of the current opportunity. And we could use support from our shareholders instead of a stab in the back.
