I don’t really have an opinion on that. Perhaps you’d have to ask them?. Having said that it’s pretty easy to see both sides of this part.

Just spit balling here but I’d say some people see BioAmber still being listed as the owner of live patents mean they still own those patents. In their opinion of course.

Others probably just think that this (and many words in general ) don’t mean anything except for when it means something completely different than what it means. In their opinion of course.

But hey that’s only my opinion on the opinions of others. Regardless it’ll be interesting to see how this plays out
