Um, did you even read that? That's was just something on his site explaining a little about his methods and the form of his results. You might have noticed the date on it was Nov. 2001. Has nothing to do with what Erlanger currently thinks the markets are doing. I didn't find anything on his that gave his current views that wasn't pay, but then I didn't look very hard.
