So, it gives some financials. Company has zero on all values for its balance sheet, except it somehow managed to owe $125K again. And yet it claims to have had $1.4M in revenues. Now, how do you have that much activity, but yet have ZERO on all areas of balance sheet (other than debt)?
And if revs are $1.4M and costs are $0.8M, then how does that result in a LOSS?
And there is the increase in A/S to 2 billion and the reverse stock split that they hope to do as soon as they can scrape together the money to pay their transfer agent to send info to FINRA. Huh??
