This company is dead. They are the same guys as property development group in Austin. They have been pumping the same chit for years. They have tired worn out leases. I am not sure if they even have any production left. They couldn’t drill when oil prices were good, so why would they do better now. The guys same is Ron Hertzfeld.. He also owns Property Development Group, inc., in Austin. So beware of this one. This one is one of those pipe dream shell deals.
