RCP it is my understanding that A/F's can take between 6-12 months and as per the Jul 28 pr about 1st&2nd qtr results..

''The Company is currently in the process of auditing their financial statements and is expecting to file them in the near future.''

I would expect their A/F's to be within the finishing line, certainly by the end of the 1st qtr 2007. Do you have any factual info that they will file them before xmas or is it just your opinion?
