Lmao when you “added in IRS as an authority” bwahahaha. An authority on what? Shares they don’t know people own because they were never sold (so any profits or loss is unrealized ) or tax loss taken yet? And yes the discussion has definitively been made over. If some wish to continue being factually wrong on this that’s fine, but it’s still over as that statement is completely incorrect. At least presently. Later? Well that will be an entirely different conversation.
