Actually the Indians will do what pleases them the most since facts matter. The facts are they are not licensing anything from QMC right now nor are they building the complex right now as you and your cohorts keep insisting against the facts we can all see. They have ceased dead in their tracks. Here is another fact. The company is pink sheeted to hide something.

You are merely hoping, as do I, that they will eventually pay QMC. But they will license and do business with whomever or whatever suits them best. The question now is what is QMC going to do to motivate them in their direction?

"The facility may end being built for another vendor besides QMC"
