Only Hanks would use the Coronavirus as an excuse for not filing.

I didn't know the Coronavirus virus had caused telecommunications to be banned - it seems according to Hanks he traveled to each noteholder to get approval.

Hey Hanks, shoot them a email or call them - have a conference call - Hanks I am calling BS on this excuse.
