Bottom isnt in right now. Coast average down as sell off slows. Small window IMO but theres a lot of money to be made in the markets over the next few weeks. UATG is too small to be effected by all this which for once works in our favor. UCIX will be the buy once we figure out what they are doing. I suspect this might effect any banking they were or had in place via investors. Might cause a delay but I cant imagine it will be much of one. Market will bounce by Q2/Q3
