Hey guess what? Fidelity says a note can come due and shares issued regardless if the company is compliant with their 10Q or not. It works with convertible bonds and it’s the same here. If you don’t believe me, call Fidelity and have them research it for you like I did. Or better yet, call the SEC. Not saying this is what happened but it’s important to know how the machine works.
