Should have shorted that a month ago.

I have some problems bailing out the cruise industry, the airline industry and the oil industry. I'm pretty sure they cleaned up in the good times.

And the payroll tax cut will only add to the deficit. It still needs to be funded out of general revenue since it a trust fund. We went through that before in 2010.
