No not at all as one should stand up and say what they feel as to be rebuttal to false statements about ones products, should have been done long time ago.
Its not unprofessional at all and just the opposite as this is how today's world communicates.
I do my work as this takes about an hour of my time in the morning and no one is arguing, I am defending.
Not desperate at all as we have sales, just call me and I will be happy to explain what ever you like and prove I am real and very professional.
