INO is getting a lot of attention...from vulture lawyers and law firms.

In my opinion, these "investigations" are being orchestrated by bottom-feeders in order to try to hurt INO and make profits for themselves.

However, this may backfire BIGTIME as they are directing a great deal of attention to this company and that can be even better than good PR. Best part is that its essentially large-scale free advertising.

They are taking advantage of the market crash on Monday and I imagine we will see other firms going after any companies that had large drops on Monday...Opportunistic. The more companies they go after, the higher the chance that one may win a class action settlement. Regardless, that would take years.

For now, I am sticking with INO. It will be hard to prove that they intentionally misled people. Seems like its the shorts who are complaining the loudest.

These are my opinions and I may be wrong. But I also may be right. My guess, I'm somewhere in between and that's OK as well.

Set you limits and if you are worried, sell. I have my trailing stops in place and I am happy with what I am holding. Another good idea (especially if you are new to this), don't love any one stock. Every stock has the potential to fail. Don't put all of your money in one or two "hot" stocks. Pay attention to the small print that outlines compensation for ads, etc. If it seems to good to be true, it probably is.

One last thing. Remember that there are many people on these boards. Some with lots of experience, some brand-new and a bunch in-between. Take the time to do your own research and learn where the reputable sources are. It isn't that difficult. If you disagree with someone, that's fine but do it in a way that enhances the conversation. We can all learn from both success and failure.

Have a good evening.
