It is clearly being delayed by the coronavirus.. St Stephen has been aware of the upcoming crisis for some time so they have been waiting for this to pass before they built. Research has been ongoing so once the virus passes we will be pumping out those solar panels immediately. I already have a set of panels on layaway.
