ins_101,

I am familiar with manufacturing, Jasper Rubber and obviously, Integral Technologies.

From a manufacturing/production process standpoint, you try to make sure you have done your part in mitigating every conceivable risk possible. Still, even the best efforts at "expecting the unexpected" leave some room for "Murphy" to do his evil work. wink

I cannot speak for Jasper Rubber, but don't you imagine, purely from a logical, speculative and profit-interest standpoint they, too, have been heavily involved, or at least consulted in many of those decisions that will have a direct impact on their ability to manufacture?

Last, but certainly not least: I have observed the principals of this company for MANY years. One thing they are not is hasty or superficial in their decision-making processes. Even if one were to point to what may be viewed as "failures" over the past few years, most of those, I believe, can be chalked up to Mr. Murphy and not a real break down or some sort of fatal flaw in their decision making.

For these reasons: having a manufacturing background myself; the quality of the Company we're partnered with; and my confidence in the principals making those decisions, I do not have an unhealthy fear that extended peroiods of downtime will occur.

You are right in pointing out supply chain concerns. A certain amount of fear/concern may even be a good thing in the decision making process because it helps us with the drill-down to anticipate the risks. Because of the reasons offered, I am not overtly concerned about this particular aspect of our ever-emerging story.

Nice hearing from you.
