Who knows what the price will be when they finally go thru the lengthy process to the paperwork submitted (min. 1 month away). We are basically maxed in the midst of a negotiation amongst other important happenings in healthcare

They haven't tried to make significant money thru the market in over a year. I have strong doubts dilution is even the main goal with this split, but they will want to raise cash here again. Good time to fuel a run for themselves and to create interest

Inevitably we have a good window for a run here here with lots going on behind the scenes an no split approved.
