All biotechs get pumped ahead of offering using fluff news
Problem is offering is extremely low and huge number of shares
The offering is like 80% discounted of the market price pump
This was pumped to 2.99
so offering is extremely low and with all this dumping on Level2 you could see bottom fell out as dilution was getting unleashed all day

Those who look for HOME RUN in pennyland eventually BECOME HOMELESS
