Correct, and the fact that ZERO action has been taken to end the C-Ship speaks volumes.

The C-Ship and the NWS ain't going away any time soon.

Courts? SCOTUS isn't even giving this thing a look, but Sweeney and Lamberth will now BOTH say they are awaiting SCOTUS ruling (or lack thereof) as guidelines. Carefully planned, executed to a tee.
