"(Dr. Moro)Well, we'll see what happens when we go off the pinks. Personally, I think we will get a little bump when we go to the OTC, nothing significant. We are working on and close to getting financing for millions of dollars (we are talking to a number of people about that), then getting into dynamics. After we get into dynamics, we need to raise about 4 million dollars. I'm close to getting revenue from Abbott for royalties. It holds me back a little bit in terms of, why increase the share base of the company when we can get our money from Abbott? But I need to move to AMEX, or the Nasdaq (small cap), we can get out even from the bulletin board. At that time we are going to have a very, very different credibility and access to additional money that there is no way we have access to so far."

Breaking the above into segments.

"We are working on and close to getting financing for millions of dollars (we are talking to a number of people about that), then getting into dynamics."

Obviously, management was working on getting financing for millions of dollars as of late February. He has now done that since getting the financing in Sept and Oct of 1 million each for two placements.
He then states , "then getting into dynamics". I now think that to mean dynamically working with RECAF in the active mode verses the static mode of a test or imaging. He is talking therapeutics.

"After we get into dynamics, we need to raise about 4 million dollars. I'm close to getting revenue from Abbott for royalties. It holds me back a little bit in terms of, why increase the share base of the company when we can get our money from Abbott?"

OK, he got the initial 2 million but money is not arriving yet from Abbott. It is late IMO, because the test is very delayed. The initial estimate for it to be on an analyzer was 12 to 18 months and here we sit at nearly 21 months and no money yet. If money was close, they would not need any additional financing. Obviously management has started the push for therapeutics anyway. They now need the extra money, 4 million dollars. IMO, the recent hype may have been the precursor to creating more demand and possibly getting additional financing. Something went desperately wrong. Instead of just strong demand leading to a higher share price, very strong selling occurred also and the stock is back where it was months ago. The strong selling is obviously perplexing. Where did it come from and why?
