These guys dumped about 7M shares a month for over a year into the OS. It does seem like they slowed down, but I'm still not buying.
Anyone remember 23M as the OS? The price has predictably dropped with every issuance of shares. I've hit the ask a bunch of idiot times. If I was establishing my position now, I might be all optimistic.

The share price would be dropping for the split, not rising. They'd do it to stay above .01
