(OTCQB:CVSI) (the “Company”, “CV Sciences”, “our”, “us” or “we”), a preeminent supplier and manufacturer of hemp cannabidiol (CBD) products, today announced that it will now release financial results for the year ended December 31, 2019, after the stock market closes on Monday, March 16, 2020. The Company will hold a conference call with the investment community at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time (4:30 p.m. Eastern Time) that same day. The Company is rescheduling the timing of its full year 2019 financial results conference call to provide additional time to complete the finalization of its fiscal 2019 income tax provision.
