This is what Cemtrex had to say in its 2018 10-K about the Industrial Technology segment:

Cemtrex’s Industrial Technology (IT) segment, offers single-source expertise and services for rigging, millwrighting, in plant maintenance, equipment erection, relocation, and disassembly to diversified customers. The segment also sells a complete line of air filtration and environmental control products to a wide variety of customers in industries such as: chemical, cement, steel, food, construction, mining, & petrochemical worldwide.

Notice that the company mentioned the air filtration products sold by Griffin Filters. Now, this is what Cemtrex had to say in its 2019 10-K about the Industrial Services (formerly Industrial Technology) segment:

Cemtrex’s IS segment, offers single-source expertise and services for rigging, millwrighting, in plant maintenance, equipment erection, relocation, and disassembly to diversified customers. We install high precision equipment in a wide variety of industrial markets like automotive, printing & graphics, industrial automation, packaging, and chemicals among others. We are a leading provider of reliability-driven maintenance and contracting solutions for the machinery, packaging, printing, chemical, and other manufacturing markets. The focus is on customers seeking to achieve greater asset utilization and reliability to cut costs and increase production from existing assets, including small projects, sustaining capital, turnarounds, maintenance, specialty welding services, and high-quality scaffolding.

Notice that there is no mention of the air filtration products sold by Griffin Filters. Of course, this makes sense because Cemtrex had already revealed in the 10-K the sale of Griffin Filters to Ducon:

On August 31, 2019, the Company entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement for sale of Griffin Filters to Ducon Technologies, Inc., a related party, for total consideration of $550,000.

However, I noticed this line from yesterday’s Cemtrex ad on Market Exclusive:

The Company, under the Griffin Filters brand, provides an air filtration and environmental control equipment to various industries.

So, I checked the Cemtrex web site and found that Griffin Filters is indeed still shown as part of Cemtrex:

I previously mentioned the possible shenanigans Cemtrex could be perpetrating in this post:

It certainly appears the Govils are up to something sneaky.
