The private company is CCA LLC and they are a nano particle technology company in liposomal technology.

Liposomes are carrier molecules that move therapeutic compounds to targeted desination throughout the body. The smaller the molecule and better specificity , the greater the target location.

The technology here is being supplied by Michael W. Fountain, a world class biologist who has manufactured liposomes that can pass through the blood brain barrier. An issue for scientists for a very long time.
