Default Judgement in Fraud Lawsuit

Johnny and several of his accomplices are being sued in the Eleventh District for Miami-Dade County on 6 charges related to securities fraud, conspiracy, material breach and misrepresentation. Here are the specific counts:

1) Fraudulent Misrepresentation;
2) Conspiracy to Commit Fraud;
3) Negligent Misrepresentation;
4) Fraud by Ommission;
5) Conspiracy to Commit Fraud by Ommission; and
6) Breach of Fiduciary Duty.
