ERBB has been developing AGM for close to a decade now and it still does not work.

Comparing drug development to AGM is apples to oranges. They are not even remotely similar.

And both Apple and Microsoft covered all their costs and were very successful over their first few years. Bill Gates had a profitable contract with IBM before the software was even completed. Jobs and Wozniak were selling computers at a profit from day one.
