The purchaser can't hold more than 9.99%. More than likely they are about to acquire. $15,750,000 in capital and only $750,000 in total liability.

This one will likely be one, though considering they have already purchased 20% of this company, they may be changing the terms and about to buy the whole company, just my guess. They have about 3 million in revenue in addition to several drugs in development.
