UPDATE: correct me if I'm wrong Buzzy and Kevin3 but it appears that LOFB never had the proper documentation to even be a spinoff of VGID. Listed under dividends and splits you See FHBC at a 12:1. Hence why noone will recieve shares and also the reason for this whole mess. Paperwork got screwed up as us investors got screwed with. Shame on you Larry buzzy Twombly. Do your part if your going to rob shareholders. I should have know when you dont even know how to buy a simple property without an inspection report.
