Perhaps? Orrrrrrr maybe it’s exactly what he was told and it wasn’t a lie and while he complained about the process the other bid was better than anything they would offer which is why he “went away”.? Clear as mud. That’s why all we can have is opinions, and why it will be so interesting to see how this pays out.
