Rinse and repeat. RS then raise the AS (so what if it dilutes). Get in trouble again....... do Another RS and dilute again by getting the suckers to approve another raise to the AS. Rinse and repeat. Don't blame the markets for everything (even though they are tanking). Mgt. gets the blame for the last five years of dismal performance. Once COV19 gets under control the markets will come back. But will SGLB?
If Mgt. wanted to show they care about the company, instead of just exercising their share rights, go out into the market and be like a retailer and actually buy shares.
