I am not in this stock but interested in it so doing DD. I listened to the interviews on wallst.net.

The first interview is from 2-8-06 and the highlights were:

- Capital provided by founders and expecting to be self-sufficient by the end of 2006.
- Expecting a minimum of 2000 BPD production by the end of 2006.
- Gross profit of 3.6 mil./Mo. Net profit of 2 mil./Mo. By end of 2006.

The second interview is from 10-25-06 and the highlights were:

- Within the next 6 months, increase production to 1000 BPD.
- Talked a lot about the pre-fab homes
- Self-sufficient sometime in 2007.
- Talked of an impending acquisition of a field with active and non-active wells.
- Asked about 12-18 month milestones:
o 20-30 producing wells
o A couple New wells
o Two acquisitions of fields with active and non-active wells.
o Starting renewable energy projects.
o Housing projects.

They were not asked about Capital or cash flow.
Did not mention profits or losses.
Did not mention financing.

It appears to me that the wells are not producing like they thought they would so they are looking for alternative income sources such as the housing and alternative energy.

No mention of coming off of the Pinkies.

My concern is the capital and cash flow. Can anyone add to this or send me to a site with more information?
