Because I would prefer to make money on my SGLB shares. Voting no may let some people express their emotions, but it is not in the best interest of the company. If the increase is not approved, then Sigma will be hurt financially as described in the Proxy. The financing was necessary and reduces my upside somewhat, but better than crashing. <<<
