READ: TIMELINE AND ANATOMY OF THE SKIQ SCAM

From 1-17-18, to 1-29-20, SkiQ was pumped as the signature product for SRMX, and according to many it was supposed to be worth billions.

Look at the timeline and the facts, then decide if the bullshit about a new revised SkiQ, to be worth TRILLIONS, sounds like it is a realistic possibility. Especially when you combine it with the rest of the 2 years of failures from Maxine and SRMX.

These are just a few of the things we were told. There are many more times we were led to believe Maxine was meeting with Best Buy to discuss SkiQ being sold in their stores, and much more.

These are facts. They can be ignored, but they still exist and they are real.

Press Release | 01/17/2018
SkyFidelity Enters Into Product Development Agreement with AT&T for IoT Smart Home Eco-System

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Jan. 17, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via OTC PR WIRE-- SkyFidelity, Inc./Tricascade, Inc. (OTC Pink:SRMX) SkyFidelity, Inc.’s subsidiary, TriCascade, Inc., an Internet of Things (IoT) technology company has entered into a product development deal with AT&T to develop the first of its kind IoT SIM card that will used in the TriCascade’s 4G/LTE Gateway Hub known as the SkiQ Super Router.

Building upon the AT&T’s commitment to moving forward with IoT solutions for broadband applications including WiFi routers and the “Smart Home,” TriCascade has been working with AT&T certified module developer, Westron NeWeb Corporation (WNC) to create an IoT module specifically designed for 4G LTE internet connectivity.

TriCascade expects to take delivery of One Thousand IoT SIM modules from Westron NeWeb Corporation (WNC) in January 2018 and will use these modules in the development of the first One Thousand SKiQ Routers.

The WNC IoT module delivery will provide TriCascade with the foundational technology for its SKiQ Super Router device and strongly positions TriCascade as a device and module partner supporting AT&T’s 4G/5G LTE ecosystem deployments.

TriCascade demonstrated the SKiQ to the public as well as to several potential customers at the CES show last week in Las Vegas, Nevada. The SKiQ device as well as the other SmartHome devices demonstrated at the show including the Smart Thermostat/Smart Outlet/Smart Light Switch were well received and the company expects to obtain sales orders based upon this event.

4G and 5G LTE Routers are essential to Telecom carriers’ cellular IoT strategies. The creation of SKiQ- an LTE Smart Home Eco-System Hub in collaboration with AT&T- will significantly enhance TriCascade’s position in the deployment of all future Smart Home devices.

Please review the following status report for SkyFidelity, Ind (SRMX) and TriCascade,
Inc.

A review of our financials will provide proper advice regarding debt obligations owed to our manufacturing partners. This debt has been incurred to develop and produce the SkiQ line of Routers as well as continued development and manufacturing of our Smart Home devices.

Our goal is to finalize the production of the first five thousand (5000) SkiQs by June 2018. This number of units has been determined based upon our sales goal for the 2Q 2018. This sales goal is based upon current conversations with prospective SkiQ customers. If we can achieve this sales goal, our company will thereafter be able to maintain our aggressive production schedule and sales without further share issuance. To be clear, the five thousand (5000) unit goal is based upon certain communications and demonstrations of the SkiQ device to prospective purchasers. The sale of five thousand (5000) units is not a certainty and no investor should consider it as such. The delivery of
the first five thousand (5000) SkiQ devices will be based upon actual purchase orders and the anticipated completion of manufacturing time frames.

• We are excited about developing new relationships in the Telecom world for SkiQ. We are currently testing new SIM technology from other carriers which we hope will provide a new sales opportunity for the SkiQ device as well as our Smart Home applications.

6-28-18 (Only 4 months after prior huge pump)

As you know, our Company (TriCascade, Inc/SkyFidelity, Inc/SRMX) has been very busy developing ground-breaking technologies in two separate and distinct industries: the 5G LTE marketplace (SkiQ) as well as the Smart Home marketplace (ThermoRing; Smart Light Switch; Smart Outlet). Soon we will be revealing our development of various “Smart City” applications and devices that will truly turn heads in the industry and around the world.

We have previously disclosed and discussed key technology that our Company is developing in the 5G LTE and Smart House categories: the SkiQ; the ThermoRing; the Smart Light Switch and the Smart Outlet. The important subcategories of development within these two industries include the development of voice command software, Edge Computing (for Big Data management); and NB (Narrow Band)- IoT.

The great news for our Company is that we are quickly becoming industry leaders in all of these categories. The 5G LTE Router business is wide open with innovation centered around 5G LTE Routers which will provide homes and businesses with the benefit of 500 + Mbps internet speeds. In parallel to the rapid development of 5G technologies, we have developed the SkiQ to take advantage of the tremendous opportunities to deliver what we consider to be the first 5G Router for the home and
or business.

The difficulty with being an innovator in the 5G world is that the telecom industry is not quite ready to deliver on their end of the bargain—5G is not ready and therefore the communication technology—the SIM cards—necessary to deliver fast broadband is also not ready. In addition, none of the Telecoms in this country have figured out how
to deliver a 5G “unlimited” data plan—without this plan 5G Routers cannot fully deliver on the Home Broadband promise. Therefore, the introduction of SkiQ to the marketplace has been delayed due to the inability of the telecoms to provide us with the SIM technology we need to operate the SkiQ. When the telecoms are ready to deliver their SIM technologies to us, we will be ready to unleash SkiQ to the world!

With respect to the Smart House, our Company has developed the first of its kind Smart Thermostat that incorporates NB-Iot “SIM” communication. What is so cool about this you may ask? NB-Iot communication does not require WiFi in the house to provide basic communications between the Cloud and Smart House devices. NB-IoT replaces WiFi for purposes of all Smart House Communication. Why is this important?

Throughout the course of the development of all of our new technologies we have engaged with several major Tier 1 technology companies to perform beta testing of our devices with their technology. Unfortunately, due to those frustrating NDAs we have to sign, we are not allowed to disclose additional information about these new
relationships currently in the development stage. We are currently negotiating with these companies to jointly disclose our business relationships and agreement. For various reasons, some of these disclosure relationships will not occur until the CES
show in January 2019. Others will be disclosed in the coming months.

The bad news for technology companies like ours is that the cost of developing and manufacturing the hardware and software technologies to achieve industry leader status and world domination is expensive. Technology ain’t cheap. Over the past two years, TriCascade has incurred well over one million dollars in manufacturing and
development costs to obtain technology patents and to bring to market the SkiQ; ThermoRing; Smart Light Switch and Smart Outlet.
In addition to these costs, we anticipate incurring additional expenses relating to the manufacturing and development of Voice Command, Edge Computing and NB-Iot technologies.

We anticipate that the sales of certain Company technologies will not become fully deployed until the 4Q of 2018 or the 1Q of 2019.

January 29, 2020

SKIQ was designed and initially created as a prototype more than 3 years ago. The objective, which has remained unchanged, is to provide an alternative device to deliver LTE IoT internet 24/7/365, with redundancy, to smart homes and businesses. It was originally developed under our relationship with AT&T at that time, with a Wi-Fi router. The underlying technology is now obsolete and is no longer suitable for today’s superior IoT technology.

Also, following today’s new technology trend, we are re-developing a new (and better) SKIQ with enhanced features and technologies. We are presently re-engineering the device under an NDA development agreement.

I will keep our shareholders closely informed of our progress because we still very much believe in this product.

Well, that's reassuring, isn't it??????????????

To reiterate, on 6-28-18, Maxine said this:
"The difficulty with being an innovator in the 5G world is that the telecom industry is not quite ready to deliver on their end of the bargain—5G is not ready and therefore the communication technology—the SIM cards—necessary to deliver fast broadband is also not ready.
When the telecoms are ready to deliver their SIM technologies to us, we will be ready to unleash SkiQ to the world!"

And on 1-29-20, Maxine said this:
"The underlying technology is now obsolete and is no longer suitable for today’s superior IoT technology."

So, SkiQ went from being so advanced that the technology was behind it, to SkiQ being obsolete because the technology surpassed it, all within 18 months.

And there you have it. SkiQ was a pump from the start, which led to toxic financing and dilution, along with many other negative consequences.

Well done Maxine! You are truly a genius.

Always check for water before diving in head first.............
