Spoke with a really Lady @ the TA, I explained the discrepancies we all found between OTC Markets Securities page, Disclosure page latest filings and what has been disclosed to them by the company.

I will try to explain what I was told. The company HRAL in this case Informs the the TA of the Share Structure and the TA notifies OTC Markets.

Normally the Share Structure is updated either every two(2) weeks or once a month, by HRAL to the TA and the TA in return notifies OTC Markets.

Now she said if there is difference between what is on their books (that is the TA's books) and what we are seeing on OTC Markets website it is because they were told to stop notifying OTC Markets for one reason or another.

I explained difference between the OTC Markets Securities page and the most recent filings and what was stated on there.

She said once again they either did not receive that data from HRAL or were told to temporarily stop Notifying OTC markets.

She did tell me that they recently got notification the Outstanding Shares has updated to 33 MIL, would state when (date) but once again used the word recently.

Now why the difference, that is up to each individual's own speculation

Once again most likely they were told to temporarily stop reporting to OTC Markets
