Yes I agree with Wolf, and let's not forget that 15M of those were just issued to a direct affiliate Dr. Lilazopone who leases them the space for the wellness center. So he definitely isn't selling any of them, and even if he was the max any affiliate can sell over any rolling 90 day period is a tiny 1% of the O/S in play.

There's lots of reasons why insider affiliates can sell, but there's only 1 reason they buy right, and that's because they firmly believe the share price is going up right cheers & glty!
