If the GSEs convert all the $34B JPS into Commons, there will be about 13B new Common shares. Total (new & old) common shares will be 15B. Given the annual net income of $15~$24B, eps will be $1 to $1.6. Assuming PE at 10, pps will be at $10 to $16. Total market capital will be $150B to $240B. The GSEs can be released immediately.
