So here we are:

* CD wants to clear debt and own this 'failed' model
* CMS Insurance and Federal grants are more favorable then ever
* Feds and all local politician and media friends have their eyes all over the Company next moves
* Feds need to see these hospitals and labs open now for both election optics
* Hospitals and lags need to be open not only for the greater good of the communities but for virus emergency preparations
