Okay, this helps to identify the source of your confusion. I understand energy renewal shoe companies don't rely on science, but biotechs do. The FDA does NOT "decide" the science. The biotechs "decide" the science, and the FDA "evaluates" it. And the "investors" finance the biotechs, so they are much closer to "deciding" the science than the FDA. smh
