No concern regarding "BIG TOBACCO" accomplishing anything. Many XXII investors consider the lack of XXII corporate moving the company in a positive direction. XXII's share price historically over the years could be considered as a dismal performance rating.

Unless there is criminal manipulation on the part of "BIG TOBACCO", XXII corporate owns the lack of moving the company in a positive direction. Investors of XXII have waited too long for the so called reduction of nicotine to safe levels and also the Hemp issue. Both of which have not materialized to this date.

But others want to know where exactly the "FDA" is positioned in the mix. Government agencies work at two speeds, slow and stop.

Just opinions that have or have not been proven to date. That is with the exception of XXII's share price.
