Steve is a pupet CEO
Greg is the "CEO" behind the scenes making the decisions, raising the money, giving select people insider info during one to one phone calls, while buying and selling the stock, taking cash from the company, and receiving discounted shares from the company. He did the exact same thing as CEO of PAYD and eventually got kicked out of the company. He did not leave willingly. There is a reason he is NOT the actual CEO and it is not just so he can claim to be a non-insider and buy/sell shares. Keep digging TVR, you will get there.
