First, there is no conglomerate! You are correct, it is a single vague NPI assigned to a single mailing address and seemingly nothing else. Dalton likes to feed the kool-aid drinkers as the share price drops to attempt to keep them in line and buying his shares! The truth is no filings whatsoever for the past 10 years!
