Nothing has changed. The dealings with the court basically ended after custodianship was discharged, just means they're closing the case. It's been open for just over a year and there's nothing left that the court needs to deal with. Arcaro has full control of the shell. What he does with it and how long it takes is anybody's guess. As long as he keeps it current, we can keep that glimmer of hope that he'll eventually sell it and some huge company swoops in and takes us to the promised land.

These custodianships are hit or miss. Some take longer than others, much longer. I saw one that started back in the beginning of January 2018 that is still in the final stages and looks like a merger is finally happening.
Agonizing over it day to day isn't going to move things any quicker and may only cause you to develop an ulcer :P If you've been paying attention to the chart, it's been under heavy accumulation ever since the custodianship was first filed, with the majority bought in the .003-.004 range. If/when it takes off, I suspect that area will be strong support and it can only go up from there. Here's hoping Arcaro delivers :)
