That's pretty much the way I see it as well. But how long will it take to find out?

If it's 700k, considering what shareholders got out of the 35M previously and the IRS lien, they won't get much.

If it's a 5% carry + cash, the cash will go to the IRS, and the carry is a TOTAL unknown. Pun intended.
