If i understood there is only Michael Jackson vidéos without value and
Debt about 20 millions
The receivership isn’t to help shareholders recoveries but to stop the debt company from richard altomare ex ceo who lost his mind in michaels helps goods

The usxp company need at best a right off
1:1 millions to clean the improve the understanding
But the debt still inside anyway I think

So I have 1 billion shares and I can get at best 1000 shares in exchange and a company still USXP with debt
And no ceo will go to after michael vidéos or so high level debt in a shell
So USXP is not a wealthy company and can’t receive credibility or memorability
