Plus, did you verify any of the nonsense in Cellucci's vitae - it is certainly exaggerated and it also seems he has bounced around a great deal.

Cellucci has been a miserable failure as a penny stock CEO.

Cellucci was supposed to have great contacts in Kazakhstan - but it didn't work out very well.
