I would imagine that the offshore rigs would be the first to make cuts due to the logistical nature of it. The Permian Basin on the other hand is closer to refineries in Texas. It would likely cost less logistically to keep them going. Just food for thought. Besides, all of this Corona Virus I think is over hyped. Just my 2 cents.
