My estimate of 1M - 1.5M outstanding shares by the end of March is looking pretty solid, in fact, 1.5M may be low, considering that it appears that multiple noteholders are converting right now.

Once the conversions have been completed, please remember to multiply the OS by 4 to get the fully-diluted OS, because if the reverse-merger goes through, the preferred shares that will be held by PCTI's Cathy Chis are convertible to 3X the OS at the time.
