So you think CEO sends a few emails to a few select individuals saying great news coming, to enhance retail buying, while they dilute shares to get money to pay off march notes so, then they can then RS.

I'll admit they've never answered 1 email to me and added 180M shares recently.

Is that how you see this unfolding?
