Soxy: Your posts calling NEOM a scam are really quite ludicrous. Agreed, NEOM is not as well managed as it could be, but that does not make it a scam.

By calling it a scam you are quite literally saying that the managers of NEOM are intentionally de-frauding the investing public.

Is this what you mean? Or do you really mean something else?

If you are accusing NEOM's management of running a scam, I don't understand why you are not pushing the SEC and/or the FTC to take action. You are so concerned for our welfare, and such an obviously up-standing citizen, why don't you do your civic duty and report these guys to the authorities? Why just post here? You really need to communicate your suspicions to those who can really do something about this.

BTW, I have not yet seen anything in any of your posts that I don't find equally inane, errant, hysterical and/or vacuous. And I think the reason is this: your mind is completely closed as far as this subject goes.

You have made up your mind that NEOM is a scam with worthless IP. And you believe that the mistakes made by NEOM management prove your point. But they don't. They only prove that we don't have the most gifted management. They do not support your assertion that NEOM is a scam.

Quite frankly, if I were a member of Neom's management, I would not think twice about suing you for your "scam" assertions.
I think you are very exposed to claims for both business and personal libel.
